Science has shaped my life for as long as I can remember. What began as childhood curiosity grew into a career spanning university research, advanced materials development, scientific invention, and teaching. Today, my passion is helping motivated students experience something that most young scientists never have the opportunity to do before college: authentic scientific research.

I founded Bikos Advisory LLC with a simple belief—that talented students are capable of far more than memorizing formulas or preparing for standardized tests. Given the right mentorship, they can learn to ask meaningful questions, design experiments, analyze real data, communicate scientific ideas, and think like researchers.

That transformation is what excites me most.
